Ong · 17

Our story

It all began with Ong, our cat of 17 years.

We said goodbye to Ong, the cat who shared 17 years of our lives. We missed him so much that we wished we could see him again, even just once.

That's when an unexpected video was born: a childhood photo of me and Ong, brought together in a single scene, as if we had always grown up side by side.

I thought I would cry, and I caught myself smiling. All our happy memories came back one by one. We created RE:MOMENTO to share that warmth.

Not bringing anyone back, but giving you back the time you miss.

FAQ

Any questions?

How many photos do you need?+

One is enough, but 3 to 5 photos from different angles give a more lifelike scene. To appear in the scene yourself, add a photo of you.

How long does it take?+

Shipped within 5~7 business days after we receive your questionnaire.

What if I don't like the video?+

We show you the video before installing it on the badge. If it isn't what you imagined, tell us and we'll rework it.

What is the Rainbow Post Office letter?+

A comforting letter imagined in the RE:MOMENTO world, for a companion who has passed away. It isn't communication with the animal: it helps you remember the happiness you shared. Offered only to those who would like one.

Can I add or change the video later?+

Yes. Order an extra video and we'll add it to the same badge. The RE:MOMENTO app gathers your videos and lets you order directly.

What happens to my photos?+

Your photos and your story are used only to create the video and the letter. They are never published without your consent.
